Play HQ WCBA Winter Season Registration Details
All registrations to Mill Park Rebelz Basketball Club MUST be done via the Play HQ Winter Season Junior Registration Form via a link sent to your Team Manager.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
A sibling discount will apply for the coming season.
First child – full fee
Second child – $30 discount
Third and all subsequent children – $60 discount
Full fee for the WCBA Winter Season will be $345 – more details to follow

Players who are eligible will be able to access a $200 voucher from the Victorian Government to help with fees for the coming season!
To be eligible for a $200 voucher your child/dependant must be:
• Aged 0 to 18 years
• An Australian resident in Victoria
• Named on a valid Australian Government Health Care Card
• Named on a valid AustralianPensioner Concession Card
• Named on a valid Australian Government Medicare Card.
You can apply for more than one voucher if you have more than one eligible child. You can apply for multiple children on the one application.
You need to select Basketball Victoria (2951096) as the provider.
You then get a Get Active Kids Victoria (GAKV) voucher code.
When you go to register your player via the usual registration PlayHQ process, enter the code in the Government vouchers space (hit Apply) to reduce the fees owing by $200.
If you want to use a payment plan AS WELL as the GAKV voucher, you will need to select the correct payment plan via the Debit Success link on the Mill Park Rebelz website, Club Registration tab.
Another voucher code will be emailed to you when a Payment Plan has been set up.

Does the club Handle Registrations?
Registration is no longer handled by Rebelz Basketball Club and MUST be performed by a parent, guardian or player over 18 years of age.
Do I need a Play HQ Licence?
You will need an active Play HQ licence for your player.
Play HQ licences cost $29 for Juniors and $43 for Seniors for 365 days and allows a player to join with any basketball club or league in Victoria.
Licence fee is applied when a player is registered into a club and playing in a season.
When can I Register a player/s?
FULL FEE $345 Will need to be payed by Sunday 24th March

Create a Play HQ account with your details, even if registering a child.
You can then register family members or dependants under this account.
Login To Play HQ
Login to your Play HQ account using your email and the password that you created when you signed up to Play HQ
